Being a sixth generation Texan, I have always felt a special connection to the land and became especially fond of the Texas Hill Country. Consequently, I worked in real estate-related jobs most of my life, discovered land surveying working for the county engineer where I was raised, researched the public land records and drafted ownership maps for the county tax and appraisal district offices where I also performed tax office assessment appraisals of properties, acquired my real estate broker's license in 1981, worked in land surveying until I acquired my license in 1986, entered pipeline surveying and mapping, which included real estate, for major corporations for many years, working my way into management until starting a land surveying company in the Texas Hill Country with my wife, Kristen, in 2014. We have now come full circle to fulfill a dream and add real estate sales to the land surveying.
Our surveying business is successful because of our substantial knowledge of land and the quality of service we provide for our clients. These traits will also become apparent to everyone that contacts us regarding real estate sales.
We can also provide the ability to survey, divide and subdivide land as an added benefit to simply seeing a client through the selling or buying process. We can simplify the process of a property owner selling or a buyer purchasing only a portion of a property.
