New South Austin Homes in the 200’s

There is no question that Austin has a lot of pressure on its housing inventory, we even recently had an article about it. So, its nice to see houses being built with the most elusive and in demand price point set as a goal. Check out the map below to see the convenient location in Southeast Austin. The easy travel corridor along 183 and 71 should make travel to Downtown, South Austin or Bastrop quite easy. And for anyone who travels often the airport is wildly convenient.

Four Builders With Model Homes Ready Now

Addison has homes in Different size and price ranges provided by Buffington homes, Pacesetter homes, Milestone Communities and Home by AVI. All of the models have modern exteriors and floor plans. They all emphasize open first floors that would be great for entertaining with kitchens that don’t isolate the family’s cooks and informal dining and living room combinations that seem easy to live in.

The Grand Opening unveiled 5 model homes by four different established builders. There will be a variety of lot sizes and price ranges. Some of the homes are what you would expect but there are some new choices too! Pacesetter Homes is unveiling something their Marketing Manager, Dennis Ciani called Soft Contemporary! This is a blend of their popular homes with some of the contemporary themes from homes close to downtown Austin. Dennis thought this would be very appealing to the buyers those homes appeal to who can not afford the high prices there. This community is so close to the activities of the East Austin that many priced out of that market will love Addison.
Value That Lasts and an Opportunity that Won’t

The location is just minutes out of downtown Austin along 183 south. Situated on a track of land where two creeks cross, the subdivision will feature some wonderful green spaces. The location is southwest of the airport and northwest of the F1 track in an area that should be seeing some impressive economic growth. With prices starting near 200,000, these will be some of the most affordable homes this close to town. But prices won’t stay low for long. Builders and developers generally plan annual rate increases into their multi-year building plans on top of natural Austin price growth so acting fast is probably the only way to get a deal on these homes.
