Bob spent six years in the U.S. Army, as an infantryman, starting when he graduated Western High School, in Anaheim, California. After the Army, Bob went to work in retail banking, starting as a teller. Soon, in 1986, Bob was put in the mortgage department, where, among other things, he learned to underwrite mortgage loans. Bob became a professional loan officer, when he received his first real estate license, from the State of California, in 1993. Bob's background has given him extensive knowledge of real estate lending, property valuation, sales, and sales management. He says “managing agents is like herding cats”. Bob moved to Texas, with his wife, Linda, in 2010.
